The apartments in our villa are our private residences, we open some of them during the summer months

to share them with our guests.

It brings us joy to see others enjoying this place just as much as we do.

They offer direct access to the sea.

While we don't have a beach right in front of the house every year, there is immediately next to it.

The apartments are located in a semi-detached house, each with its own private entrance.

The SeaView apartments are on the ground floor and the GardenSide apartments are souterrain.

The Penthouse apartment is on the upper floor and offers a magnificent view of the sea.

It is fitted out to a high standard and includes
3 bedrooms with box-spring beds,

a kitchen with a storage room, a living room,

two bathrooms, and a guest toilet.

You can enjoy direct sea views from the living room, the kitchen, and the large balcony.

Two of the bedrooms have a balcony, and all of them offer a view of the garden.

Towels and bed linen are provided at the villa.



Private parking is available on-site free of charge.

Villa Dimitri is right on the seafront.

Alexandroupoli, the capital of the Evros prefecture in the Thrace region, is 6 km away and offers

numerous shopping and entertainment options,
