Pay
A 50% deposit is required via bank transfer immediately after booking.
The remaining amount will be paid in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation
No fees will be charged for bookings canceled within 24 hours of booking.
In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit is the amount of the cancellation costs.
From the 29th day before arrival, an amount equal to the total price must be paid.

Card payment
No card payment is possible in the Villa.
Passport
After booking we require a copy/photo of the passport/ID card.
This can also be presented on site.
Greek citizens
(resident in Greece) must additionally
provide your tax number (AFM).

Children are welcome.
All children up to 2 years old are free.

A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.
Strand
The villa is located directly on the sea, but the beach is not accessible directly from our villa every year!
